Mastercard placed #2 out of the 100 top companies in JUST Capital’s 2022 Workforce Equity and Mobility Ranking. The designation is focused on those companies that have taken concrete actions to actualize career development and improve diversity, inclusion and mobility, particularly for young workers of color. Companies that placed in the Top 100 in the Russell 1000 were more likely to disclose DEI targets, apprenticeship programs, re-entry programs, and to have conducted pay gap analyses by race or ethnicity, as well as offer more weeks of parental leave for primary and secondary caregivers.
