Least Developed Countries need digital development and public-private partnerships

This week, ahead of the UN’s 5th Least Developed Countries conference in Doha, Microsoft announced several efforts geared toward boosting tech development and supporting inclusive economic growth and digital development in Least Developed Countries via a Microsoft on the Issues blog post.
