The world needs cybersecurity experts – Microsoft expands skilling effort with a focus on women

This week, Microsoft announced an expansion of its Cybersecurity Skills Initiative focusing on helping historically underrepresented populations enter the cybersecurity workforce. Microsoft is partnering with organizations like WOMCY, Women4Cyber, the International Telecommunications Union, and WiCyS to help grow the number of women in the field. The expanded countries include Argentina, Chile, Indonesia, and Spain bringing the total to 28 countries.
