Mastercard joins thirteen U.S. companies in a pledge to provide at least 500,000 digital training and education opportunities for women and girls in the Indo-Pacific region as part of a public-private initiative. The program will support sustainable and inclusive economic growth by providing primarily women and girls in emerging economies and middle-income partners access to training and education in digital skills. Initial countries taking part in the Initiative include Brunei, Fiji, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam.
