No. There's a new California law trying to regulate bots. And one of the problems is it's very hard to tell what is a bot. What exactly is just a computer program trying to pretend to be a human. Particularly as it gets easier for computers to imitate humans.

ARE CAPS USEFUL?

I love the way that typing, language you use, and texting, are actually evolving in interesting ways and there are different emotions you can put it in like putting words in ALL CAPS which can add affect or can just make it look like you're screaming.
