Delaware Sen. Chris Coons discusses reports of a Russian plot to provide bounty to Taliban fighters in Afghanistan targeting American troops. Coons tells the story of Delaware native Christopher Slutman, a Marine Corps staff sergeant and New York City firefighter, killed in April of 2019 after a roadside bomb detonated beside his armored vehicle. U.S. officials are now investigating whether his murder was linked to the alleged Russian plot.
