As China begins the long road to recovery in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, Ambassador Cui Tiankai tells Ian Bremmer that his nation is beginning to restart the economy and return the supply chain to full capacity, but admits they aren't there yet. He also discusses the potential impact this will have on the US/China trade deal.
