27: Israeli gunfire near a food distribution center in Gaza killed at least 27 Palestinians on Tuesday, per the Red Cross, as chaos continued to engulf the new US and Israeli-backed aid centers in the enclave that are now the principal distributors of aid. The Israeli military said it opened fire at those who had left designated access areas and started approaching their positions.

$10 million:The man who firebombed a crowd of people calling for the release of Israeli hostages in Colorado on Sunday has been charged with a federal hate crime, with bail set at $10 million. Mohamed Sabry Soliman, who injured 12 people, is an Egyptian citizen who overstayed his visa.

214: Panama has removed at least 214 shipping vessels from its vast registry since it implemented better sanctions compliance processes last year. The Central American nation has been criticized for allowing Iranian ships to skirt sanctions by operating under Panamanian flags.
