3.5 million people have been displaced in the Idlib region and the Northwest of Syria. And the already-desperate humanitarian crisis is likely to get worse before it gets better for the Syrian refugees. Loss of life, misery, concerns with the spread of disease - who will respond for the good of the refugees, when America is ceasing to be a haven for immigrants in need?

David Miliband, President & CEO of the International Rescue Committee and former U.K. Foreign Minister, sat down with Ian Bremmer to discuss the humanitarian disaster in Syria, the international response, and the support the displaced ordinary people of Syria - who have been the victims of war and "a campaign of eradication" levied by the Assad regime - need from Americans.
