Regardless of how the political campaign shakes out, Dean of the Brown University School of Public Health Dr. Ashish Jha thinks that the country could be in for a very dark winter.

In a recent interview with Ian Bremmer, Dr. Jha said that in order to curb the virus' spread, "we've got to do a better job of helping people understand so they can make better choices."
