Overview:

GZERO Media, a subsidiary of Eurasia Group, is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Associate Director to join our Digital Operations team. This individual will be responsible for managing client relationships and leading the execution of sponsorship and branded content programs across platforms. The role combines account management, project oversight, and digital strategy, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, innovation, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management & Client Services

  • Own day-to-day client relationships; ensure delivery of all contractual obligations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsored content programs and strategic partnerships
  • In collaboration with the firm’s business development team, research, pitch, and close new business opportunities
  • Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce and assist with administrative sales tasks (e.g., contracts, reports)

Project Management

  • Define project scope, timeline, and deliverables; allocate resources and manage budgets for integrated sponsorship and partnership initiatives for clients
  • Lead internal coordination across editorial, marketing, and tech teams to meet client project milestones
  • Provide consistent updates to clients and internal stakeholders on progress and performance metrics

Digital Strategy & Audience Growth

  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaign strategies, including organic and paid social, SEO/SEM, and email marketing
  • Promote GZERO content and branded programming (e.g., videos, podcasts, Global Stage) across owned channels
  • Write and publish compelling copy for social media, websites, and email campaigns to support GZERO content and client initiatives
  • Drive growth of the GZERO Community through digital and in-person activations
  • Manage cross-promotional campaigns and collaboration with other organizations and publications to expand GZERO’s brand reach and subscribers
  • Support visibility of Eurasia Group experts and firm initiatives through GZERO channels

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, project management, or client services (preferably in media, digital, or international affairs sectors)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Strong interest in politics, foreign affairs, and digital media
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong writing skills, with experience crafting content for digital platforms including social media, websites, and email marketing
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
  • Hands-on digital marketing experience, including social media, SEO, SEM, and paid campaigns
  • Self-starter with the ability to drive projects forward and adapt to new requirements within an entrepreneurial environment

The applicable base salary range for this role is $80,000 to $90,000.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
