On Monday, US President Donald Trump threatened to close the US-Mexico border entirely to punish Mexico for not doing enough – in his view – to stop northward migration to the United States. But if he were to go through with such a drastic step, President Trump would inflict serious pain on US states that do big business with their southern neighbor. And don't even get us started about the impact on avocado toast aficionados. Here's a state by state map of who could get hurt most if Trump closes the border.
