Monarchist or republican? The age-old tension has fueled fresh royal polls and debates around the globe in recent months – in anticipation of Saturday’s crowning of King Charles III at Westminster Abbey. Commonwealth countries, in particular, have been assessing their allegiance to the British monarch since the passing of Queen Elizabeth II last year.
