Meet Francesca Zarri, Eni's Technology, R&D & Digital Director. We visited Francesca when she was Vice President of Eni's Southern District, one of the world's largest hydrocarbon reservoirs. Managing an extraction facility of this size requires a great deal of energy, and Francesca offers exactly that. An organized, passionate, and skilled mining engineer, Francesca goes above and beyond every day to show up for the people around her. Whether taking care of her two young daughters or working outside normal business hours to support her team technicians, Francesca radiates as much positive energy as the projects she manages.
