Hard Numbers: Climate Change Comes to Your Plate

300: The US tested a new medium-range cruise missile on Sunday that flew more than 300 miles. This marks the first time the US has tested a weapon that would have violated the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty, a Cold War era pact that was officially abandoned three weeks ago, sparking fears of a new global arms race.

29: It took 29 minutes for India's second moon exploration vehicle Chandrayaan-2 to go into orbit around the moon on Tuesday. This is a big step forward given that just a month ago technical problems forced India to postpone its bid to become just the fourth nation to reach the moon.

60: According to a Pew Research Center poll, some 60 per cent of Americans have an unfavorable opinion of China. That's up 13 points from last year, and is the highest level recorded since Pew began posing the question in 2005.
