As voters head to the polls today, Republican and Democratic voters have very different concerns. The graphic below shows the difference between the percentage of Democrats and Republicans who see specific policy issues as priorities. As you can see, climate change is something hugely important to Democrats but hardly at all for Republicans. By contrast, immigration and the economy are more important for GOP voters. The three issues which are more or less equally important to both are foreign affairs, the impact of the Kavanagh confirmation hearings, and trade policy.
